If you would like to update a delivery address linked to a recent purchase, please contact the GrabOne Support team urgently via our Contact Us page for further assistance.
To add or update a delivery address in your GrabOne account:
DESKTOP:
Log into your GrabOne account and head to My Account.
Scroll down the page until you reach Address and click change. If you don’t have a delivery address to update, click Add New Address.
To edit an existing delivery address, click edit.
GRABONE APP:
You can also add new delivery addresses and update your delivery address on our GrabOne App! Once you're signed in, head to Account > Account Settings.
From here, scroll down the page to locate the delivery address you'd like to update – if you don't have a delivery address, click Add Address and fill out the fields.
