Each coupon has an expiry date and we do not issue refunds after expiry. The expiry date can be found on your coupon and on the deal you purchased.
As per the GrabOne Terms and Conditions, the Merchant is the seller of the goods and/or services promoted on the website and is solely responsible for providing any goods and/or services you purchase. You are more than welcome to reach out to the merchant directly to see if they are able to honour your coupon.
