How long does delivery take?
Every deal has its own estimated delivery timeframe displayed (in business days) right under the BUY button.
What should I do if my delivery is late?
If your delivery hasn't arrived by the advised estimated delivery date advised with your purchase, we ask that you allow 48 hours for normal delays which can affect delivery times. If after this time your delivery still hasn't arrived please Contact Us here.
Can I get tracking info on my delivery?
Tracking information is often provided by the merchant, and then sent to you directly via email! You'll see in your tracking email that you will be provided with your tracking number and a link to track.
If for any reason you have not received your order three days after the expected delivery date, please Contact Us here.
If you have not been provided with tracking information, and your delivery hasn't arrived 48 hours after the estimated delivery date, we can request tracking information or an update for your order from the merchant. Please Contact Us here to request this and we'll be happy to help!
